I called and placed an order for pick up. When we arrived to pick it up we were told there was no record of an order. The person was unapologetic and made no offer to remake it. They just repeated they didn't have an order. We received a call back after leaving and were told the driver accidentally took the order. They remade the order and delivered it for free. Thank you Mazzio's for your customer service.
Ordered delivery with a 45 minute ETA after an hour we called. They said we never answered the door. B.s. however you took my phone number duuuh well we don't have an excuse. Yeah but I bet it takes a week to put my money back on my card... of course! Go to Sam's!
