A terrible hospital staffed with personnel that have no conception of anything past cookie cutter one-size-fits-all medicine that are incompetent to the point of criminality. A nice new hospital staffed with idiots. If you want to live, do NOT come here!!
This hospital doesn't even deserve one star. My mother's doctor told her to go to this ER on Friday to have a scan done because she was having extreme pain in her side. They apparently couldn't find anything wrong in the scans so the doctor told her she just had a bladder infection and gave her pain pills and antibiotics. My mother called her doctor this morning since the pain did not diminish over the weekend. Her doctor then informed her that the scan showed she had gallstones. Thank goodness she has a better doctor than what this hospital hires in their ER because now she has an appointment with a surgeon to resolve this issue.
My elderly father was admitted being quite ill recently. I cannot express the professional and caring treatment he received from the doctors, nurses, CNAs and even housekeeping. They truly care and show respect and compassion to the family members as well as the patient. Their positive attitudes gave us hope for my dad as he was healing.

In general, a very poor choice for a health care provider. Inconsistencies in care protocols and continuity within their own hospital system allowed my severe pain to go untreated for weeks. Ridiculously poor coordination in care and communication frequently result in the need for repeated requests for orders to be sent to suppliers cause needless delays in ESSENTIAL care. If you need a band-aid, by all means, use this hospital, if your life depends on it, I would run, not walk, away from this hospital.
