These guys are pretty good except every time I rent a car from them they manage to do something to make me mad. It never fails its usually something small and there customer service department at their headquarters is the worst!! But usually the branch offices I go to are pretty good weather it be highland or O'Fallon they are courteous and try to get you in and out!
Experience was very good. Car ran well, great gas mileage,reasonable price and customer service was efficient and friendly. Only downside was car was recently cleaned but wasn't the greatest job. Though in all I had a great experience and will do business with this company again.
Dan was super awesome working with me all summer while I needed a rental car for my internship. Phenomenal service and always fun to visit. 10/10 would rent again
The only problem I had was the car was not clean windows were very smudgy also the outside was dirty has not been washed
